My mother-in-law and father-in-law had been planning to go to Spain for a long time. My mother-in-law’s sister lives in Barcelona. They work and often help us.
In short, they went to Spain. But my mother-in-law still manages us all the time. We have to tell her what we spend all our money on and she even advises how much money to spend on what.
She calls and asks to show her what I cooked, how I cooked, starts making remarks to me. After each call from her I get nervous and start fighting with my husband. One day she called again and told me to do the same thing, and all this was accompanied by remarks and advice.
That day I couldn’t stand it, I fought with her and turned off the phone and we are still not communicating.
